Welcome to Peter Street Surgery

Welcome to Peter Street Surgery. We are a long-established practice with four doctors working from a purpose built surgery in the very centre of Dover since the summer of 2001.

In August 2019 Peter Street Surgery is changing Computer Systems

This is a major undertaking meaning we will have 5 days with no computers and then we will be learning a new system

If you are registered for online services, you will need to contact the Surgery after 19.08.19  to re -register using the new system.

There will be a period of time from 08.08.19- 16.08.19 when we will be running an emergency service only and will be unable to pre-book appointments.

Anyone needing urgent appointments will be triaged by our appropriately trained staff.

We apologise for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding during this period.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE CHANGING OF OUR CLINICAL COMPUTER SYSTEM IN AUGUST WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS BETWEEN THE DATES OF 08.08.19 - 16.08.19 - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR REQUESTS

RESULTS

It is patient's responsibility to contact the Surgery for any results of tests (i.e. blood tests, x-rays, scans, discharge summeries etc.)

Please do not contact the Surgery before 11.00 for tests results.

Note:  Results for patients over 15 will not be given to anyone other than the patient, unless we have a signed consent.

Car Parking

There are no car parking facilities at the surgery for patients, other than those who are registered disabled and display a valid Blue Badge in their vehicle. There are a number of public car parks within walking distance of the surgery for use by patients.
