Due to the Coronavirus pandemic all Doctor consultations will be telephone consultations only. Any patient whom the Doctor feels needs to have a face to face consultation the patient will be asked to attend Peter Street Surgery
All routine Nurse and HCA Appointments will be cancelled only essential services and urgent requests from the Doctors will be carried out.
We are restricting admittance into the surgery, to protect our patients and staff, please ring the door bell provided
Our staff will continue to do their very best to help and support all our patients and we ask for your understanding if things may take a little longer or not run as smoothly as usual

The symptoms of coronavirus are:
a NEW PERSISTENT COUGH
The symptoms are similar to other illnesses that are much more common, such as cold and flu and it does not necessarily mean you have the illness.
DO NOT GO TO YOUR GP SURGERY, PHARMACY OR HOSPITAL
Stay at home and self-isolate for 7 days.

It is vital that you keep the surgery up to date with your current contact details as occasions can arise when we might need to contact you urgently. Increasingly we are using text to communicate reminders and other updates to parents/carers and we need your current mobile number to do this.
It is patient's responsibility to contact the Surgery for any results of tests (i.e. blood tests, x-rays, scans, discharge summeries etc.)
Please do not contact the Surgery before 2pm for tests results.
Note: Results for patients over 15 will not be given to anyone other than the patient, unless we have a signed consent.
There are no car parking facilities at the surgery for patients, other than those who are registered disabled and display a valid Blue Badge in their vehicle. There are a number of public car parks within walking distance of the surgery for use by patients.
